About Anita
The Silicon Valley Learning Center LLC was established by Anita Widjaja, who has a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Mathematics. She has over 20 years of experience helping students of all levels, age groups, and backgrounds get better at math.
Anita helps students master mathematics, building their comfort and confidence. She provides exam preparation for various tests including the SAT, PSAT, CHSPE, GED, HSPT, and more. It is her belief that exam preparation is just as important as developing confidence in mathematical knowledge.
Through her detailed, one-on-one online lessons, she strives to help students who are running behind in math fill in their knowledge gaps, those with average scores turn into top performers, and those with a passion for mathematics place high in local, regional, and state competitions.
Her mission isn’t simply to help her students pass their exams. It’s to help them gain a deeper appreciation for the subject, master it, and learn to love it.

In A Journey to Counting, readers follow Mama Bear and Baby Bear through a delightful read-aloud adventure. As the Bear family goes about their day, children develop early math skills by counting objects in the illustrations and identifying numbers on each page. This engaging story serves as an effective learning tool for both home and classroom use.
In Exploring the World of Fractions, a birthday party comes alive as children and their animal friends share a cake. Through vibrant illustrations and simple text, young readers discover fractions both numerically (like 1/4 and 1/8) and visually, comparing different-sized cake slices to whole cake. This hands-on approach makes learning fractions engaging and accessible.
